Island View Cancellation Policy
Full payment on arrival would be appreciated. We accept all credit cards however a 3% fee will apply to Amex & Diners cards. We make every effort to ensure the apartment is available as booked, however we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits and Payments:
A deposit equal to one nights tariff is payable to confirm a booking. Full payment of the balance is due on arrival or as per the date stated on your confirmation letter. Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.
Standard Cancellation Conditions:
Your deposit is refundable (less a $40 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.
Peak Season and Public Holiday Cancellation Conditions:
After full payment has been received, refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
Peak Christmas & January holiday periods
Full balance is payable by 1st November or upon booking.
All public holiday and Easter weekend bookings
Full payment of balance due is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
It may be wise to consider travel insurance to cover you in the case of any emergency.
